HEGU Xeno was developed through an ambitious product development project. It is a Korean-style acupuncture needle with a spring handle and no loop at the top.
The wrapped stainless-steel wire handle gives Xeno a firm, sturdy construction appreciated by Western acupuncturists. Its ergonomic design supports a secure grip, precise manipulation, control and electrical conductivity.
The needle body is made from high-quality Japanese surgical stainless steel. Micro-polishing and ultrasound cleaning are part of the manufacturing process.
The needles are sterilised using ethylene oxide gas as the final manufacturing stage. Sterile shelf life is three years from the manufacturing date.

Packaging
Xeno needles supplied with a guide tube feature a soft-edged tube for comfort during treatment, for both the patient and the practitioner.
SafeEdge blisters have rounded corners. Their easy-to-peel paper backing provides quick access to the needle.
1-pack, without tube: Single-needle blisters in sheets of five, with 100 needles per box.
5-pack, without tube: Five needles per blister, with 500 needles per box.
Five-needle blisters save time when many needles are needed, as each needle does not have to be opened individually.
1-pack, with tube: One needle and one guide tube per blister. Five needles per sheet, with 100 needles per box.
